1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions on sabungeros are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment channels listed in your member dashboard. sabungeros does not accept third-party payments — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are listed in the account dashboard after login. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected. sabungeros is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

If a deposit is made in error or a transaction is disputed, contact support at [email protected] with relevant transaction details. sabungeros reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity may have transactions frozen pending investigation.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

sabungeros provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is reliable and functional, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. sabungeros shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

All content on the sabungeros platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of sabungeros or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from sabungeros.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party content or services. sabungeros is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or services, and the inclusion of such references does not imply endorsement.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law

sabungeros reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. In cases of account closure due to verified breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
